Concept

An ©Envirominium is a Self Sustaining, ground level Estate Style Apartment. The unit is capable of producing 1.5 Times the power it requires to operate it under our worst tested circumstances.

The Long Version

A long drawn out preliminary dissertation regarding the Basic concepts and designs of how we would renovate the insides of our Historic Site into something that would allow them to both revive and continue their mission as the most advanced residential housing on the planet.

These are things not included in the preliminary blueprints or discussions you will find here. We have many more advanced designs and prototypes that we are keeping under wraps. A description of those would be here.

Once both outside and inside renovations are completed it is our goal to place students from local learning institutions who are maintaining a higher standard of excellence in them on performance based housing awards similar to a grant. This will enable us to further our goals as a self sustaining community and a National Historic Site.
