Volunteer Staff
Much like our Board of Directors, our volunteer staff is made up of some very special people. Most of our Board Members are part of the volunteer staff as well as it insures proper operation of our organization.Currently every single volunteer on our staff is also a resident of the site, and believe me when I tell you it is a SUPREME SACRIFICE on their part to be here.
Much like the Peace Corps or Military Service we live in a somewhat communal environment.
Our crew quarters, main kitchen, game room and outdoor recreation area, we live work and relax as a team.
This is the only way we are able to achieve the progress we currently making. When you look at how monumental the task before us is, some would think our goals are unattainable. We work relentlessly however always moving forward always making progress. From painting buildings and remodeling interiors, to lowering the crime rate through our mere presence and our video surveillance systems, Iron Soup is leading the way to revive this incredible piece of history.
